My typical response has been to reach into the medicine cabinet for some pharmaceutical relief. The sneezing stops for sure, but the side effects like a thick head, drowsiness, etc., aren't fun. But that old relief plan is changing. And it's a sweet change!
Long story short: The Honey Has Really Helped! My sneezing and runny nose has improved noticeably! Later, I found a local farmer's market and learned that there are many different kinds of honey. TJ & Julie McCuin from the Power Road Farmers Market recommended to eat the type of honey that's blooming at the time. For example during winter when citrus trees are blooming, take local orange blossom honey. Later, during the spring and summer, take local mesquite honey.
