Smoked meatloaf on a wood pellet smoker is just one of the best things you can do for yourself and your family. I recently fired up my Pit Boss Copperhead Vertical Smoker and smoked a delicious meatloaf that turned out to be one of the best ever. I created a How To Smoke Meatloaf video for you in case you want to try this delicacy out yourself.

I built this meatloaf the day before and let it sit in the fridge. To raise the spicy factor, I traded out the ketchup for Dust Devil Crema from the Olive Mill in Queen Creek, Arizona. This gave it a nice kick! I'm sure you can use any number of other sauces to suit your taste. Here are all the modifications I made to the recipe:
Thank God we have a good slicer-chopper for chopping onions and even garlic. Those things are life savers in the kitchen and just a click away from Amazon.com: See Slicer-Choppers Here

The base recipe is all ready to be downloaded and don't forget about the modifications I list out above. At the bottom of this post are links and bonuses for you. Some of these are affiliate links which means I could receive a small commission from the company if you make a purchase through my links. This does not affect the price at all. Enjoy smoking your meatloaf and feel free to comment about your experiences!
The Vertical Smoker I use is a Pit Boss Copperhead Series 3.
